Former Chocolate City artist and new Lagos state Chamber of Commerce ambassador , Brymo is set to release his 4th studio album titled Tabula Rasa.
The singer officially announced via Twitter that the long- awaited album would be released on October 30, 2014.
Already a track titled 'Femi' has been released as a promotional single off the forthcoming album.
According to his new manager, Lanre lawal , 'The Tabula Rasa album by Brymo drops October 30 in Europe & America; and November 3 in Nigeria.'
The album is produced by Mikkyme Joses and features spoken word artiste, Sammy Sage Hassan .
His first album, Brymstone sold 500 copies in his
neighborhood alone, before he was signed by Chocolate City under which he released 'Son Of A Kapenta' in 2012.
He also released an album in 2013 titled ' Merchants, Dealers & Slaves' (MD&S).
MTV Base the urban cable TV channel has
released another list naming the 10 hottest rappers on the African continent.
The list features four Nigerian acts while four South African acts and one Ghanaian act also made the new MTV Base list which, like the previous one, is not likely to pass without
some controversy.

HKN Finest artiste Davido and his gang are in Togo this weekend for his ongoing round-the-world tour.
The Dami Duro crooner announced this via Instagram, despite his recent unsavoury encounter with the
authorities at Cameroon's borders.
Apparently, Davido had to cancel a show in Cameroon two days ago after he was denied entry by the West African country for fear of the Ebola virus which has, according to WHO, has killed 1,472 people.
It was reported that Davido's chartered aircraft wasn't allowed to land because flights from Nigeria were not cleared to land in Cameroon.
He even tried several other means, such as going
through Ghana, all to no avail.
Michael Jackson is being honored in his hometown of Gary, Indiana, as the school board plans to rename a school after the
iconic pop star.
It is fair to say that Jackson was engulfed in controversy in the years prior to his death, but that isn't stopping his hometown from remembering him as a musical genius and a major influence in the entertainment industry.
Gary's school board announced on Tuesday that it will rename a school after the king of pop to "inspire children to excel in the arts and education."
The district's superintendent, Cheryl Pruitt, is working with the Jackson family to decide which school should be renamed.
Although there has been some criticism, Pruitt insists that a "close relationship with the Jackson family" could help "improve the quality of programs for the Gary Community School Corp."
According to Pruitt, that could lead to tremendous gains for the school district and the city.
Social media users have already reacted, noting that the pop star was once charged with child molestation, making the decision to name a school after him an odd one. Jackson was acquitted of all charges in 2005.
"Name a school for Michael Jackson," one user tweeted.
"No….no… nothing creepy about that."
Another user wrote, "I get that he's a musical legend but maybe a school wasn't the BEST idea."
One user, who describes herself as being a "proud single mother of two," felt like the change in school names could lead to bullying.
"I just don't think it's fair," her string of tweets started. "I respect
MJ as much as anyone else. But [couldn't] this be troubling for children? I feel like this might lead to teasing."
However, the school board is not letting online criticism impact their decision.
A spokeswoman for the schools said that they did not take the child molestation charges into consideration when deciding to name a school after the "Thriller " crooner, since he was acquitted of the charges.
Instead, the spokeswoman said, the school board focused on the fact that M.J. was one of the "most beloved artists in the world."

The Lagos state government has warned pastor TB Joshua of Synagogue Church of All Nations not to accept Ebola victims if they come to him for healing.
According to The Nation officials of Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Federal Government, led by the Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Jide Idris, visited him seeking his cooperation in ensuring victims of the deadly virus are not brought to his church for healing.
Synagogue is a popular destination for sick people who go there for
divine healing.
"We have our strategies that we intend to share with you. Again, we need to know the resources you have here because whether it is one or two cases, if they are allowed to get out, it is a major problem.

The commissioner added that the visit is one of the state government's strategies of sensitizing faith-based organizations on the need to cooperate with the government to prevent the spread of the disease in the country by educating the worshipers to report health issues to medical experts.
Idris said the Federal and Lagos state government are working hard to prevent a spread of the virus into the country, the delegation has deemed it fit to educate and create awareness among the multinational congregation on the disease and how it can spread.
