July 19th and the Glee star sounds like she's on top of the world!
The couple released a statement concerning their wedding that said:
"We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife. Our
special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked
for."
Naya wore a Monique Lhuillier gown for the nuptials while Dorsey
had on a Dolce & Gabbana suit — a fresh couple indeed!
Naya and Ryan Dorsey, who is from West Virginia, originally met each
other about four years ago in Los Angeles after Dorsey moved from
New York after graduating from the New York Conservatory for
Dramatic Arts. Their friendship however quickly turned into a romance
once Naya and her fiancé Big Sean 's relationship fizzled out this past
April.
But it doesn't seem like Naya is mourning the loss of THAT
relationship one bit as the couple mentioned about their current
relationship:
"True love always prevails."
Regardless of who she's married to or how quickly everything came
together – the act of a wedding is such an honored and amazing event!
