Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally found a place to call home!
E! News has exclusively learned that the couple just opened escrow on a stunning $20 million mansion located in the same neighborhood as Kris Jenner's family home.
The estate sits on 3.5 acres of land features amenities one could only dream of like not one, but two swimming pools, two spas, two barbecue centers and even its very own vineyard?!
Maybe it's only a matter of time before Kimye takes a page from Brangelina's book and starts making their own wine!
So what is going to happen with their current home that's under construction just a few miles away?
"They wanted more land than the Bel-Air home, so they are flipping that and will have the two homes now," a source tells us. "But they will sell that and move into Hidden Hills."
And considering that Kimye is arguably the world's most watched couple, it makes sense that privacy is of the upmost importance for the West family.
Our insider added, "It is way more private and secure with a whole security home above."
A source previously reported that the duo was selling their $11 million home in Bel-Air after they purchased the dream pad last year.
